Leasing Residential Property
I honestly don’t do much of this at all. Unless you are relocating from out of the area, the most effective way to find homes for rent is through the internet. A popular site to find rental property is Craigslist. The value I can add is very minimal in this scenario.
Leasing Commercial Property
This is a very different game than leasing residential. First, it is harder to find commercial property for lease and there are many more terms to understand and negotiate. My services for commercial leasing revolve around determining the market rates per sqft and helping negotiate the most favorable terms for you.
Costs
Like buying residential or commericial, the compensation I would get is determined by the seller.
