		<description>I agree.  In a world with digital cameras there is no excuse for the lack of pictures with listings.  Whether lazy or lack of knowledge there is no excuse.

I also agree with the cheap flyers.  Spend the extra money to make it look good.  Advertising is key to selling housing.  You must know which channel to use with vaious lisings.</description>

Parking situation is there is one covered spot in front of the building and there's about 4 or 5 unmarked spots directly across.  I have yet to have an issue with parking when I've gone there (though I've only been there during the day).

Dues are $253.61 per month and cover garbage, water/sewer.</description>
