In a world with digital cameras there is no excuse for the lack of pictures with listings. Whether lazy or lack of knowledge there is no excuse. I also agree with the cheap flyers. Spend the extra money to make it look good. Advertising is key to selling housing. You must know which channel to use with vaious lisings. I agree.
